           We’re all handed a blueprint early on: go to school, get the degree, land the job, follow the rules, age “
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           gracefully
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           .”
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            ﻿
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      
           But here’s the truth no one really says out loud: sometimes that blueprint doesn’t fit. Sometimes following the default path leaves you burned out, boxed in, or simply uninspired.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           And when that happens, you don’t have to keep squeezing yourself into something that was never designed for you in the first place.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           The truth is: there’s always another option
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           .
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;

           Education: Choosing a Different Route
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h2&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           When my daughter, Farrah, hit a wall with traditional school, homeschooling wasn’t about saying “school is bad.” It was about recognizing that success doesn’t have to look like the standard route.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Instead of getting dragged into the drama and negativity that too often defines high school — the kind of environment that can slowly crush a teenager’s confidence — she gets to focus on her education and choose the friends and circles that lift her up.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            And for me as a mom?
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           This time is priceless
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           . We only get a short window with our kids before they spread their wings and build lives of their own. I know this firsthand — three of my kids are already grown, successful, and living in their own homes.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Having Farrah home means I get to share in the little moments: hearing her run upstairs excited about something she just learned, making her lunch when she’s hungry (
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           not when a school bell dictates it
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           ), having conversations in the middle of the day that would’ve otherwise been impossible.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           These are simple things, but they’re sacred things.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            And so often, we give them up without question to a system that keeps our kids away for eight hours a day, then sends them home exhausted with homework before bed.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Homeschooling has given us that time back — and I can’t describe the gratitude I feel knowing we didn’t miss it.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           And yes, many kids even graduate early in this model, not because it’s “easier,” but because the rhythm of learning is different. It’s customized. It’s human.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;

           Career: Building My Own Ladder

           The same theme has played out in my own career. I didn’t take the 9–5 treadmill. I built my own ladder — through entrepreneurship, opening my studio, and building my Isagenix business.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Was it the safer, “standard” choice? No. But it gave me freedom, flexibility, and most importantly, the ability to align my work with the life I wanted for myself and my family.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Thirteen years ago, I couldn’t have imagined this path would allow me to be home with my grandchildren — yet here I am. I can rearrange my day for baby snuggles, sleepovers, and family milestones. That’s something the traditional route would never have allowed. And honestly?
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           That alone makes the “untraditional” path more than worth it.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h2&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Health: Refusing the Default Script
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h2&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           And then there’s health — the one that hits home for so many women my age.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           We’re told to “expect” hot flashes, weight gain, brain fog, and sleepless nights as we enter perimenopause and menopause. We’re told to “accept” slowing down, to “gracefully” fade into the background, to stop expecting to feel vibrant, sexy, strong.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           That’s the blueprint society hands women — and it’s outdated.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I chose a different path. I dug into education, movement, nutrition, and natural solutions to support my hormones instead of fighting against them. For me, that’s looked like dialing in my protein, being intentional about strength training, and layering in supplementation that helps me thrive instead of merely survive.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           At 52, I feel stronger, sharper, and more alive than I did at 32 — not because I “got lucky,” but because I refused to accept the default script.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h2&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Your Permission Slip
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h2&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           So if you’ve been following a path that no longer fits, here’s your permission slip:
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           You don’t have to keep doing it just because everyone else is.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ask yourself: “
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           What would my life look like if I stopped following the old rules?”
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           When Balance Started to Slip
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           For most of my adult life, I was the walking definition of balance &amp;amp; health.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I had the six-pack. The sculpted arms. Glowing skin. High energy. I worked out daily, ate intentionally, lived clean, managed my stress, and genuinely felt good. My body was my business card — and I wore that proudly.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           So when things started to shift in my late 40s, I didn’t panic at first. I wasn’t getting the stereotypical hot flashes or meltdowns people joked about. Instead, it was more subtle… but still unsettling.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Suddenly, I noticed weird hip and shoulder pain with no injury. I couldn’t pinpoint why my ambition felt off — like a subtle dimming of the drive I’d had for decades. I had moments of brain fog and occasional ringing in my ears.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           None of it made sense.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           And that's when I realized, I wasn't the exception. I was in Perimenopause.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           I was still doing all the “right” things… but something was off.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           At first, I assumed I was in the clear. With how well I’d taken care of my body, I figured I’d sidestepped the hormonal chaos I saw in other women. But perimenopause isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it creeps in quietly — and by the time you feel it, you’re already in it.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

           When women in midlife start to feel “off,” they’re often told it’s just aging.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           They’re handed antidepressants, cholesterol meds, or a “maybe you should lose a little weight” side comment. Rarely does someone stop to ask:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Could this be hormonal?
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Could this be a chemical shift affecting metabolism, mood, sleep, ambition, even pain signals?
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The truth?
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Yes.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Hormone shifts in perimenopause and menopause can show up as:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Anxiety or irritability that wasn’t there before
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Joint pain, stiffness, or inflammation
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Midsection weight gain (even with clean eating)
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Poor sleep or waking up wired at 2 AM
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Decreased motivation, libido, and energy
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            And yes — hot flashes, too
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           I’m not a mindset coach.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           I don’t have a degree in psychology or a stack of certifications on my desk.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           But I do know this: everything I’ve built—from my business, to my health, to my family—is rooted in one thing: mindset.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Early in my journey, a mentor shared something with me that stuck:
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           “This is chess. Stop playing checkers.”
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           And that became the way I see everything.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Because when you start thinking long game—with strategy, vision, and purpose—you stop reacting and start leading. You become the kind of person who sets the tone, not just survives it.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           The Bigger the Breakdown, the Bigger the Breakthrough
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           If you've ever been coached by me, or been on my team, you've heard me say this over and over.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           When everything feels like it’s going against you… when the doors keep slamming and the ground keeps shifting…
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           that’s not a sign to back down—it’s a sign to lean in.
          &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Think of an arrow: it has to be pulled back before it can launch forward.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            In those hard seasons, you’re being prepared—not punished.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            That tension you feel? It’s the pressure before the
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           breakthrough
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           That’s when mindset becomes everything. That’s when you pedal down, not pull back.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Visualization Isn’t Fairy Dust—It’s Mental Rehearsal
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Before I made my first six figures working from home, I saw it in my mind.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Before I built a business that lets me show up for my health, my clients, my team, and my family—I had already felt it in my bones.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I visualized it all.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Not just “success.”
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           I got specific.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           How I’d feel waking up.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           What my days would look like.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Where I would travel with my family.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The legacy I would leave my grandkids.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           The energy in my workouts.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           The ease of paying bills.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           The joy of leading other women.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The communities I would create.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The way I would give back to the world.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            The
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           exact
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            kind of life I was ready for.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           And there's a clue.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            You have to be ready for it.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Because if your vision is just “more money” or “better health,” that’s not a vision—it’s a wish.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           You need clarity. You need details. You need to feel it like it’s already happening.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Big Change Only Happens in the Uncomfortable
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Here’s the part no one wants to say out loud:
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           You have to be open.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Open to discomfort.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Open to new routines.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Open to failing.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Open to new doors swinging wide when you least expect it.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Open to abundance—because if you’re not open to it, there’s no space for it to land.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Change starts where comfort ends. Period.
          &#xD;

           It’s Not Fairy Dust—It’s Work. But It’s Worth It.

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Mindset isn’t just mantras and vision boards (though I love both).
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            It’s choosing again—daily.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            It’s showing up when it’s hard.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            It’s becoming
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           her
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           before
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            the circumstances change.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            Manifestation doesn’t mean wishing. It means

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           aligning
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            your energy with your
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           actions
          &#xD;

           It means becoming the woman you want to be—even when nobody’s watching yet.

           One Last Thought
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           If no one’s told you lately: you’re allowed to want more.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           More peace. More strength. More joy. More connection.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           And you don’t need to earn it through burnout.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Trust me. I know from personal experience.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I used to wear hustle like a badge of honor.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           The more tired I was, the more plates I had spinning, the more successful I thought I was. That was the culture—especially before the pandemic. Busy meant worthy. Burnout meant you were doing something right.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            But not anymore.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            Now I know that true success is rooted in
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           alignment
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           , not exhaustion.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Balance, clarity, and energy are the new markers of achievement—and I’m never going back.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

            Not because I didn’t have anything to say—if you know me, you know I always do—but because I wanted this space to feel

           After decades in the fitness and nutrition world, I’ve seen how powerful it is when we tune in to what our bodies actually need—whether that’s strength, rest, balance, or a total reset. And while I have a soft spot (okay, a passionate fire) for women’s hormones and vitality, this blog isn’t just for one demographic.

           A little about me if we haven’t met yet:
          &#xD;

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           I’ve spent over 25 years in the fitness industry and more than 13 in the world of nutrition and natural health. My background includes a lifetime in dance—choreographing internationally, and teaching thousands over the years. Today, I own a boutique women’s fitness studio in Connecticut and run a wellness-based business that gives me the financial freedom to work from anywhere (and everywhere).
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           It’s a beautiful blend of entrepreneurship, education, and connection—where I get to help people feel better, live healthier, and create real change in their lives.

           Alongside my incredible (and literal rockstar) husband, we have four amazing kids, two beautiful grandchildren, and a new grandaughter on the way. Life is full, loud, and always evolving.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           More than anything, since turning 50, I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health—no matter their age or life season.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
