This blog has been a long time coming.


Not because I didn’t have anything to say—if you know me, you know I always do—but because I wanted this space to feel Intentional.Honest.Practical. And maybe even a little bitbold.


After decades in the fitness and nutrition world, I’ve seen how powerful it is when we tune in to what our bodies actually need—whether that’s strength, rest, balance, or a total reset. And while I have a soft spot (okay, a passionate fire) for women’s hormones and vitality, this blog isn’t just for one demographic.


This is a space for all things wellness.


From fitness to food, from aging well to mental clarity, from biohacks to burnout recovery—I’ll be sharing what works, what doesn’t, and what’s actually worth your time.


A little about me if we haven’t met yet:


I’ve spent over 25 years in the fitness industry and more than 13 in the world of nutrition and natural health. My background includes a lifetime in dance—choreographing internationally, and teaching thousands over the years. Today, I own a boutique women’s fitness studio in Connecticut and run a wellness-based business that gives me the financial freedom to work from anywhere (and everywhere).


It’s a beautiful blend of entrepreneurship, education, and connection—where I get to help people feel better, live healthier, and create real change in their lives.


Alongside my incredible (and literal rockstar) husband, we have four amazing kids and two beautiful grandchildren. Life is full, loud, and always evolving.


More than anything, since turning 50, I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health—no matter their age or life season.


Some of what you’ll find here will speak directly to the season of life I’m in—and the women I serve most. But most of it will speak to you… if you're ready to take your health seriously, without taking yourself too seriously.
